Asbestos Lawsuit Guidelines

People who worked with asbestos are filling lawsuits after developing mesothelioma. Used in the construction of boats, homes, and other building materials, asbestos is highly toxic, and side effects include a cough, shortness of breath, and even permanent lung damage. The manufactures of asbestos, however, never warned consumers that in some instances lung cancer would be a permanent side effect.
